Core Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and support across business units on primarily salaried employment law and legislation, but also on collective agreements (e.g. “Industriens Overenskomst” and “Industriens Funktionæroverenskomst” in Denmark)

  • Guide and consult with People leaders, PO&D Partners and Union representatives when adjusting and implementing policies and when individual cases need to be investigated, evaluated, prepared and solved

  • Support our Diversity and Inclusion journey by giving input to various projects, and help secure that tasks such as cases, reorganizations, and projects are being handled through a D&I lense

  • Maintain and update standard contracts and create, prepare and maintain internal policies – e.g., ensuring that HR policies in Denmark are in accordance with new Danish legislation

  • Cover employment law related issues in Norway, Sweden and Finland, and work closely with the leadership team and PO&D Partner covering those areas

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate comes with a background in law or similar and has proven experience working with Danish Employment law and maybe even collective agreements in a global context.

In addition, we are looking for:

  • An efficient communicator with good working proficiency in English

  • Ability to transition complex questions and matters to simple solutions where the People Leaders and PO&D Partners are understanding and committing to your solutions

  • Curios and like to learn and develop

  • Proven negotiation skills with good ability to “building bridges”. When required, you feel confident pushing back and standing firm on your legal arguments

  • Ability to co-facilitate courses in employment law
