Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during assigned shifts. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the team, maintaining quality standards, and providing excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and supervise the team during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment and maintaining high standards of performance.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, including kitchen and dining areas, in accordance with health and safety standards.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in the pizza or Italian cuisine industry.
- Strong knowledge of Sicilian-style pizza preparation and New York-inspired culinary techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and solve problems on the spot.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends,
