Bar/Floor Staff

 

We are looking for FOH (Bar and Floor) team members to join our new team to deliver the successful launch, and ongoing operation of Clevedon’s newest bar and restaurant, Brink.

Previous experience is not necessary, although desirable, if you have initiative a willingness to learn and a positive attitude then please apply!

• Previous experience would be desirable, but not a dealbreaker - we just need you to be positive, reliable and willing to learn.

• You must be able to commute to Clevedon town centre.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Floor service: Building a rapport with each table, running food and drinks, ensuring the quality of products and assisting customers with the electronic ordering system.
• Bar service: Preparing drinks and cocktails, engaging meaningfully with customers, maintaining bar organisation and cleanliness.
• Being hands-on during service and shifts, always collaborating with your team and the needs of the restaurant.
• Providing constructive feedback to your line manager, sharing observations and ideas.
• Consistently following opening and closing procedures, ensuring a clean, organised and efficient restaurant.
• Upholding Brink’s high standards, including low wait times and product quality control.
• Having a deep knowledge of the products so as you can best help our customers explore everything Brink has to offer.

Shift patterns:

• Part-time: 2-3 shifts across Friday to Sunday. 8 to 16 hours.
• Start times: 12pm or 5pm, Finishing times 5pm or 11.30pm
