Job description
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work in the streets and direct services department as a project officer for the Contract Monitoring team. Ealing Council has a long-standing commitment to reducing environmental impacts and declared a climate emergency in April 2019. We are developing and implementing our plans to address the climate emergency.
As project officer (Contract Monitoring) you will be responsible for the management and delivery of new and existing projects for example waste reduction, recycling quality improvement (contamination reduction) Street cleansing improvement.

Candidates should have:
- excellent communication skills
- an understanding of the principles and practices relating to Street Scene including Recycling of waste & street cleansing
- experience in a Street Scene environment delivering improvement projects.
