In this role as a Head Recruiter you will be expected to c hampion the services of ProMedical and be an ambassador of our brand , lead by example and demonstrate passion and commitment to th! e company, your team and all involved with ProMedical. Some of the duties involve:
- Leading and Managing in a high performance culture
- Running a professional, efficient and effective team
- Coaching and developing your team
- Maintaining existing database of candidates and identifying opportunities for further business
- Sourcing candidates to match clients' recruitment needs
- Negotiating on behalf of the company to drive sales and margin growth
- Keeping up to date with market activity and competitor activity and working with the Management Team to respond and/or lead change
- Management
- 2+ years of previous recruitment experience
- A proven track record within recruitment
- Excellent negotiator
- “A†Level / Higher or equivalent education
- Excellent communication skills ; p! hone manner, written and verbal
- The ability to coach,! motivate and lead a sales team to success
- Good knowledge of managing a team
- Ability to achieve and exceed targets
