As Care Home Manager in a 62 bed establishment in Hitchin, Hertfordshire! /Bedfordshire borders, you will have the chance to demonstrate! your excellent caring and management qualities. My client owns and operates over 500 care centres and nursing homes, employing around 30,000 people. Their homes are unique and they are proud to offer consistently high standards of service and care. In this role, you will promote, support and develop clinical practice within the business to achieve the highest possible standards of care, clinical judgement and user involvement. So if you have recently worked within a fully compliant home as a Home Manager or Deputy (we'll need their CQC report), and can provide verbal referees, our client will provide you with an excellent salary ranging from £48,000-£50,000 with a 25% bonus and a stimulating and professional working environment.
