We are seeking a motivated, experienced Paediatric Staff Nurse to join our clients busy Paediatric inpatient Surgical ward. This is a full-time role, but we are equally interested in hearing from nurses seeking a part-time or flexible hours opportunity. Our client is a major provider of independent healthcare based in Central London. Treating the full range of Paediatric specialities, this Hospital works with the elite of London's most experienced Paediatric Consultants and other healthcare specialists.
Supported by state-of-the-art equipment thi! s centre of excellence offers a high standard of Paediatric Su! rgical nursing care, within pleasant and comfortable surroundings. Duties of the post Promoting Family Centred Care and ensuring the provision of a welcoming, caring and safe environment for the children and their families. Ensuring that each child is assessed, and that their care is planned, implemented and evaluated in negotiation with the family, and that this is accurately documented. To undertake delegated responsibility for the department in the absence of the Senior Staff Nurse Supervision and support to healthcare assistants and student nurses.

Person requirements Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RN Child / RSCN) 12 months experience in an acute Paediatric setting; including enthusiastic graduate Paediatric Nurses with a desire to develop in an Acute Surgical inpatient ward setting. Full NMC registration (not requiring a period of supervised placement to complete registration) Permission to undertake employment ! in the UK (not requiring 'work-permit' sponsorship) Medic International is able to provide reasonably priced professional staff accommodation for nurses who may be considering a relocation for any of our positions.
