Role: Care Manager - South West of England
Location: Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Dorset areas
Salary: Up to £22k per annum
Hours: Full time
Contract: Permanent
We currently require a highly skilled, professional individual to ensure the continual deliverance of an effective care service for new and existing clients.
Respo! nsibilities:
• Responsible for providing support to n! ew and existing clients and employees, ensuring that Complete Group delivers a high standard of care provision
• Assistance with training and development for all new and existing Personal Care Assistants and Care Coordinators
• To visit your clients monthly and deal with any issues raised
• To undertake client reviews on a monthly basis and complete review documentation
• To strive to ensure client satisfaction, and deal with client complaints in accordance with company procedures
• Upholding Complete Group values in service delivery, recruitment, undertaking risk assessments, induction training and managing the day to day running of your allocated region
• Ensuring our service level remains at an exceptionally high standard
• Liaising with clients, family members, specialists nurses, primary care trusts, external bodies and other managers within the business, remaining professional at all times
! • To maintain an up to date knowledge of all Complete Group policies and procedures, national care standards and Health & Safety regulations
• To ensure dignity, respect and confidentiality is installed within all staff in your region
• To act in the best interests of your client and the Complete Group at all times
Skills and Experience required:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Driver/own transport is essential for this role
• Problem solving & crisis management
• Time management
• Hands on experience of provision of care services
• NVQ Assessor (Grades 2, 3, & 4), Line management (Grades 3 & 4) and Presentation skills (Grades 3 & 4) all preferable
