We're currently recruiting for the vacancy of ONCOLOGY NURSE on behalf of a prestigious Hospita! l in the West Midlands region.
HOSPITAL INFORMATION
A large private hospital located in the West Midlands, run by one of the UK\'s leading healthcare providers. This facility is equipped with the latest in medical technology and is capable of performing a wide range of surgical procedures, and offers a comprehensive range of services and treatments. This facility has over 100 beds and 5 main operating theatres, as well as a large Critical Care Unit.
DUTIES
- Working as a specialist nurse, to provide a dedicated Oncology service.
- Working with all members of the MDT carrying out all duties in accordance with customer care standards.
- At least 18 months recent experience working in an oncology / haematology area.
- Chemotherapy administration experience and competency is essential.
- Experience in cannulation and venepuncture.
- Posses a holistic, pro-active and dyn! amic approach to clients.
