who have a caring nature and a passion for working with the elderly.My client is one of the leading care ! providers within the
area with a fantastic reputation. The setting is a 40+ bedded purpose built
care home which is registered for nursing EMI clients.The contract that is currently available is full time (33 or 44 hours per week) and
requires the applicant to be flexible in regards the times they can work. There
is also ample opportunity to pick up extra paid overtime. The pay rate is set
13.00 per hour.Job Requirements Supervision and management of all care staff on shift Responding to incidents in a professional and
appropriate manor Assessing clients care needs, and provide direct nursing
care when required Maintaining accurate, individualised care plans for each
client Establish and maintain good communication with clients,
relatives and colleagues Safe administration of medications Liaising with multi disciplinary teams such as GPs,
physiotherapists and tissue viability nursesNecessary skills / qualifications Must be a qualified! Registered General or Registered Mental
Health Nurse Must! have at least 1 years experience working with
elderly clients Must be able to work on your own initiative and as part
of a team Must have affective and clear communication skills Must have an active NMC Pin Number Must be able to provide satisfactory references and be
