The department handles general cl! inical negligence issues, assistance at Inquests, NHS Complaints Procedures, disciplinary Action Against Doctors and Nurses. The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with approximately 3-5 years` PQE handling medical negligence compensation claims, ranging from multimillion pound actions to more modest claims. Business development skills will be required in order to develop caseload further.
