The purpose of the role of Regional Business Manager is to:
To actively promote, generate and meet company sales targets across the entire product range, whilst achieving personal and company objectives. This will be achieved by working closely with the Clinical Specialists assigned to your region, along with other internal colleagues. In this role the successful candidate will be required to have knowledge of the Critical Care Arena or Renal experience as the therapy area is predominately the Intensive Care Units treating patients who have acute kidney injury.
Critical Skills Required
This is a field based position which requires a self motivated, experienced individual who has a proven tr! ack record of sales, selling capital equipment in to the NHS a! nd increasing market share. The individual should have excellent communication and organizational skills and will be able to:
- Liaise with Clinical Specialist on a regular basis to discuss territory/account activity, evaluations of products, latest therapy developments etc which may have an impact on the FMC offering.
- Co-ordinate with appropriate personnel to organize products for evaluations and lead and conduct product evaluations in targeted accounts.
- Work closely with /and the development of Key Opinion Leaders.
- RGN, desirable,
- Educated to diploma/degree level or equivalent
- Critical Care or Renal course qualification, desirable
- CIM (fundaments in Marketing) or other recognized Sales course desirable.
- Proven sales experience in selling & market growth capital equipment into the NHS.
- Knowledge and familiarity of NHS and NHS procurement practices
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Nursing experience in Renal or Critical Care desirable & ITU experience is advantageous
- Working knowledge of CRRT/Renal therapies preferred
