Our client has a vacancy for a Band 6 Home Treatment/Crisis Response Nurse to work in South London. The pay rate f! or this role is £28-30 per hour.
Duties
- Screening referrals from various agencies such as social services, community mental health teams and general practitioners.
- Completing emergency assessments under the Mental Health Act.
- Participating in a team of doctors, nurses, social workers and occupational therapists.
- All applicants must have a RMN first level registration, valid NMC registration.
- A minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience working within a similar role.
