Requirements

  • Hospitality management graduate
  • Multilingual and culturally-curious
  • Out-going and approachable

Responsibilities
!
o Be an ambassador at the Club Lounge

o Be knowledgeable of food and beverage service

o Prepare actionable plans for VIP and group arrivals

o Be knowledgeable of guest preferences

o Log all issues and preferences

o Resolve any issue as it arises

o Monitor the Guest Satisfaction scores

o Actively participate in the guest satisfaction scores improvement drives

o Organise standards for guest birthdays and anniversaries

o Organise Elite recognition programmes

o Update thank-you letters programme
