this organisation is one of the largest providers of care services to older ! people in theuk a clinical lead is required for this large 170bed nursing home for older people specialising in nursing dementia and palliative care
the responsibilities of the role include
taking the clinical lead and management responsibilities for this large nursing home
supporting the home manager to deliver a high quality provision of care
care planning and a person-centred approach towards care
managing and developing a team of nurses and other staff
ensuring that cqc standards and legal obligations are met
liaising with third parties including relatives and external organisations
successful applicants will have
relevant nursing qualification rgnrmn and current pin
previous managementsupervisory experience within a nursing home environment
a solid understanding of cqc and nmc requirements
a strong clinical background in elderly care
evidence based practice in person focused care
a clear crb an! d satisfactory references
