Job summary:
- Assesses patients, plans and implements care in ITU
- Provides advice and maintains associated records
- Carries out nursing procedures
- May provide clinical supervision and managerial leadership to
Experience:
- At least 6 months UK experience
- Current (within last 6 months) evidence based practice within ITU
- NMC registration
- Able to assess, plan, implement & evaluate programmes of
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate within the
- Effective communication skills (written, non-verbal &
- Able to function effectively as a team member
- Self motivated, uses own initiative and will make decisions
- Works well in stressful situations and able to respond
- Ability to deliver the full range of care to a ventilated
