The role
As a Storekeeper you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Working within a dedicated team, supporting the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the cost effectiveness of all operations within the Warehouse organisation.
Day to day, you’ll ensure the safe custody, maintenance, security, and accountability for materials/equipment stored, as well as:
- Ensure that daily activities, such as issues, receipts, material deliveries to customers, etc., are prioritised and progressed in a timely manner to meet specified targets.
- Progress cycle count programmes, investigate / resolve subsequent discrepancies, to ensure and maintain stock accuracy.
- Take all possible means to resolve all customer enquiries, and provide follow up action, or feedback, when required.
- Ensure that housekeeping standards, including Health and Safety policies and regulations are maintained.
This role is full time and based onsite at Rosyth.
Essential experience of the Storekeeper:
- Basic knowledge of Windows based IT systems
- Good written, numeracy and verbal communication skills
Qualifications for the Storekeeper:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC security clearance for this role.
