Purpose of the Role:
To assist the recruitment team, providing support with contractor management, handling candidate data, co-ordination of contract and permanent placements.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.
- Conducts employment related research and assists recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing of qualified candidates.
- Assists recruitment team with customized screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level.
- Refers appropriate candidates to recruiter and/or hiring supervisor.
- Represents and promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.
- Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties, which would include the planning of travel and accommodation
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate recruitment data which supports the provision of information.
- Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties, which would include the planning and maintenance of the internal CRM system
- Organisation of all candidate CV’s and qualifications

Salary: £14,102.86-£27,448.00 per year
