Are you a great strategist? Can you engage and support colleagues across the NSPCC to plan towards our strategic ambitions for children? Are you adept at developing outcome-based plans and monitoring strategy delivery? Are you driven to join us on our mission to prevent child abuse and keep children safe?
We're looking for someone with demonstratable experience of organisational business planning and strategic plan development to join us. We launched our ambitious ten-year strategy in 2021 and this role is pivotal in bringing that strategy to fruition.
As Associate Head of Strategy Delivery, you will lead the Strategy Delivery Team, working with colleagues across the organisation to develop annual business plans, targets and performance metrics. You will lead on the creation of highly informative performance and impact reporting, working with others to map out our path to 2031.
You will be a thoughtful collaborator, at the forefront of strategic thinking with experience of leading planning, monitoring, and reporting in a large and complex organisation. You will be supported by a skilled, fun and friendly team within the Strategy and Knowledge Directorate.
We are looking for someone with experience of:
- Playing a leading role in business planning and strategy develoin a complex organisation
- Creating meaningful targets, metrics, and impact frameworks
- Producing concise and factual performance and impact reporting
- Line or matrix management of others and a commitment to the NSPCC's mission
