Responsibilities
- Greet the guests, prepare hot beverage and deliver food & beverage items according to hotel’s standards and procedures
- Assist in maintaining smooth operation of assigned section
- Monitor back of house and run food between kitchen and dining area
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by being attentive to guests’ needs and response timely throughout the dining experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Experience in French fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants will be advantages
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service
- Pleasant, service-orientated, a team player with good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage
- Willing to work split shift
