Sales Chat Support (MASS HIRING) [Philippines]


 

Sales Chat Support works closely with the customers and deals with answering online inquiries, questions about the product that the company offers, recommending other items through upselling and the main goal is to close the sales. The confidence in the product, company services and one’s self are the keys in dealing a successful sales order.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor and accommodate all customers' concerns through chat in their designated Facebook pages.
  • Respond to customer’s inquiries in a welcoming manner and in the shortest possible time.
  • Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
  • Confirm customer details (eg., name, contact number and address) thru calls.
  • This may also include any other tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least College Level
  • Tech Savvy
  • 40 wpm
