Wings Over Somerville is seeking a few solid Cashiers
Our Crew is our most valuable asset. Our Crew members work hard, support their team, and bring positive energy with them every day.
Hourly rate is $15.25. Tips are pooled and evenly split with the team. Average is between $1 - $3 extra per hour!
A Day in the Life for our Cashiers/Guest Service Experts:
- Works to promote the culture and values of Wings Over by acting with integrity and honesty.
- Remains calm, collected, and works to keep the store operating to the Wings Over standard.
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
- Communicates information and ideas to the leadership team to promote store growth and a positive work environment.
- Assists with new crew member training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
- Delivers Smileable Experiences to all customers.
- Helps deliver our promise of Amazing Food by keeping all workstations clean, organized, and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

What you bring to the table:
- Passion for food and service
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Food Safety knowledge
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible Schedule but late nights and weekends are required
- Able to lift 50 lbs and can stand for long periods of time
- Legal US work authorization
Savin Brands was established in January 2005. We purchased two existing Wings Over locations: Wings over West Hartford and Wings over Storrs and over the next few years we began to open additional restaurants.
Today, we have 7 Wings restaurants in central Connecticut, 4 in the greater Boston Massachusetts area with more on the way.
In 2018 we purchased 13 existing Moe’s Southwest Grill locations; 10 in Connecticut and 3 in Western Massachusetts.
We anticipate opening many more restaurants in the next few years!
