Our client is looking for a Business Travel Consultant to join their team.Business Travel Consultant key responsibilities:
- Manage customer requirements from initial enquiry to completed travel.
- Offer professional consultancy services to clients.
- Maintain flexibility in different priorities and clients.
- Conduct business with a Consultative Sales approach.
- Monitor and address airline queue messages and existing bookings that are on hold.
- Achieve and maintain SLAs and targets.
- Attend weekly team updates, participate and share feedback as required.
- Engage in team activities and offer support to fellow team members when required.
- Assist clients who may be trying to reach a busy team members, ensuring their needs are address promptly.
- Manage personal productivity, profitability, and quality assurance targets.
- Adhere to monthly booking checks and accurately record ticket book entries.
- Regularly update knowledge on airline contracts, routings and services.
- Attend training to develop knowledge of airlines, fares, services, products and benefits.
THE PERSON
Business Travel Consultant skills, qualifications and experience:
- Extensive GDS experience.
- Passion and experience in business travel.
- Previous experience communicating with clients via phone, email, web chats and social media.
- Previous experience with ticketing changes and cancellations is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
