A Home Manager (RGN or duel qualified RGN/RMN) is currently sought for a lovely, dual registered nursing home / care home in Warwickshire. This home provides nursing and social care for frail elderly and mentally infirm with a focus around Dementia. The home has an excellent reputation and is part of a well-respected care provider. This is an exciting opportunity to excel as a care home manager where real improvements are achievable with the right approach and commitment.
The Role: 99% management ! role - you will have an exceptional clinical lead to support y! ou and be responsible for day to day running of the Clinical aspects of the care home.
Management of 40 staff and 6 nurses provide nursing cover for absence and sickness throughout the week.
Ensuring and maintaining the highest possible standards of treatment, care and support YOU will lead, motivate and manage the multi-profession team. Responsible for the implementation of clinical governance and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards to help maintain the CQC rating.
The Candidate: Registered Home Manager with a minimum of 2 years care home experience RGN qualification or duel qualified RGN/RMN with elderly and dementia nursing home experience.
Excellent managerial and clinical skills
RMA qualification ideal but not essential as LMA / RMA training will be funded
Good communication skills with a caring and professional approach to your work Excellent knowledge of the CQC standards
