An experienced nurse manager is required for a newly created position with a care and nursing home organisation. Due to their expansion plans, which involve new build nursing homes and the conversion of some existing care homes into nursing, they are seeking a broadly experienced nurse who can lead the nursing and care teams across all of the organisation’s homes.
The main purpose of the post is to lead the nursing and care team, oversee efficient and effective operations and, above all, ensure the delivery of a safe and quality resident experience. To that end, you wil! l develop and implement a strategy for nursing and care servic! es and oversee its delivery with the support of company Operational and Home Managers.
With an available salary of £45-55,000pa, the role is based at their London head office, but can involve some home working (if the right candidate lives outside of London). Travel within the south east of England is required, as the post holder will be actively visiting their various properties. Your own car is required as they have no company car allowance; petrol costs are paid at £0.40 per mile.
Drive and determination is required to tackle this new requirement; this is certainly an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of this organisation’s service.
