- Proven people line management experience, preferably in health and social care or related markets
- Substantial experience of customer-centric organisations, with highly developed customer-service operations particularly in the Business to Consumer (B2C) environment
- Accomplished in contributing to and delivering business strategy and delivering a step change in growth.
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional quality of care, customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
- A comfortable knowledge of legislation and regulations, consistently ensuring organisational compliance
- A track record of leading teams to exceed ta! rgeted business results/KPIs in terms of customer satisfaction! , profit and growth
- Evidence of building talented high performing teams and getting the best out of both able and highly talented people
- Has demonstrated the learning agility to adapt as the environment changes around them
- Evidence of managing under performers as appropriate, in a timely, professional and considerate fashion
- A commercially orientated and an effective decision maker
- Customer orientation â€" always focused on and delivering high quality of care and value to the end customer
