Demonstrate consistent performance, sales activity and conductAchieve weekly, mo! nthly and quarterly targets and objectivesLearn Hales Group's best practice and quality standards and apply them at all timesPro-actively generate candidates and business leads through networking, social media and business development activitiesDevelop your own candidate and client network and maximise sales revenue from within it
