Serco is looking to recruit suitably experienced and qualified RGNs to join the team of Healthcare professionals at HMP Dovegate.
The succ! essful candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team caring for prisoners and providing 1st line treatment, ranging from first aid and the treatment of minor injuries to resuscitation and immediate life support.
Dovegate is a male Category `B` training prison, also holding remand prisoners. . It has three house blocks and special wings for vulnerable prisoners, IDTS and remand prisoners.
Education/Qualifications
Professional qualification (RGN)
Evidence of continued professional development
Knowledge
Understanding of Clinical Governance and Risk Management
Broad range of experience
Experience of multi-disciplinary working
Knowledge of current health issues and standards, e.g National Service Frameworks, NICE Guidelines etc
