IT is essential that you are a qualified Nurse with RGN / RMN qualification. You will be joining a well established organi! sation who have several homes, and this home is fully compliant with CQC and operating at full occupancy. The role comes with an attractive salary of up to 38,000 plus fantastic working conditions, and a lot of support.
The Role - Day to day running of the residential home - Providing Clinical direction to the nursing team - Managing all staff - Ensuring that the home remains compliant with CQC standards - Ensuring that Health and Safety requirements are met - Management of issues - Ensuring that all health needs of the residents are met The Candidate - You will need to be an experienced nurse with a current PIN Number (RGN or RMN) - You will also need to have proven management experience, ideally of managing a nursing home - You should have a strong knowledge of relevant legislation and CQC standards - Strong leadership skills are a 'MUST HAVE' Interested/ Click 'Apply'
