Job Summary:
To assess the health of children and young people (CYP) with complex health needs and learning disabilities attending designated special schools in Hampshire.
To work with parents/carers, school staff and other professionals to ensure that the assessed health needs are met and children and CYP are enabled to access education and thus reach their full potential
Experience Criteria:
Providing care to children and young people with complex health needs.
Work in school and the community.
Training clinical skills
