CAR FUEL CARD, LAPTOP, MOBILE PHONE AND MORE BS Social Care are a national organisation, specialising in the recruitment of health and social care professionals throughout the UK. We are currently working alongside the UK's fastest growing care company in their recruitment of a dynamic and driven mental health nurse for their Doncaster based community recovery team. Our client offer a personalised care and treatment package to patients who have recently left acute psychiatric units or low and medium secure/ forensic/ rehab/ specialist ABI services. Patients can be male or female (18 ) with a primary diagnosis of a mental illness including personality disorder.

All to often these individuals have been inappropriately placed, revolving door patients or experiencing unnecessary complications due to insufficient community resources. As a registered mental health nurse, it will be your responsibility to manage the clinical risk and need of all the patients in your ar! ea (usually between 10-13), while implementing specialist care! and support plans tailored to each individual. We are interested in hearing from any RMN with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience gained within an acute/community/forensic environment. We are looking for someone hard working, forward thinking with the confidence and ability to manage their own time and caseload effectively.

In exchange for meeting these criteria, our client is offering a very generous starting salary of 30,000 along with a benefits package that includes a company car (or car allowance), a laptop and a mobile phone.
