Jark are looking for a Clinical lead for a nursing floor within a large nursing Home in Essex providing high quality nursing and residential care to older people with varying needs and requirements.
The right candidate will have previous experience in a care home with proven elderly and leadership experience.

This exciting and varied role will include leading and supporting the staff team, identifying areas of improvement/ training and ensuring the home is compliant and in-line with current care legislation and standards.
