Serco Health is looking for an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to be based at HMP Bure, Norwich.
HM Prison Bure is a Category C men's prison, located in the parish of Scottow in Norfolk, England.
As a Senior Nurse you will provide evidence based integrated healthcare services to prisoner's resident at HMP Bure, to reflect the standards and quality of the service they could expect to receive in the wider community.
As the Senior Staff Nurse of the health care team in providing health promotion, assessment, treatment and evaluation of care within a secure environment. You will supervise and support members of the healthcare team and deputise for the Assistant Clinical Team Leader.
Essential skills and Qualifications/Knowledge
General Nursing Qualification
(RGN) current registration with professional bo! dy
Ongoing, evidenced professional development
Long-te! rm conditions and QOF experience
Team Leadership experience
Experience of custodial care
Good report writing skills
High level communicator and good interpersonal skills
