The salary is £50,000 per annum
The home comprises of 5 neurological care units, each unit provides a distinct care model catering for different aspects of neurological nursing needs including long term neurological conditions, neuro-rehabilitation, frontal temporal dementias, learning disabilities and complex care.
Essential skills:
Degree level qualification
Clinical qualification
At least 5 years industry experience
At least 3 years senior management experience
Extensive experience of meeting targets and managing budgets
At least 3 years of successful team management
Start up / commissioning experience
Commercially astute
Strong communication skills
IT literate
Organised
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong leadership qualities
Negotiating and influencing
Flexible gravitas - calm and! measured
Residing within a 30 mile radius or willing to r! elocate
CRB clearance
