We are currently recruiting for a Nurse Advisor with our client in the followi! ng geographical area, as part of a new team build:
SR 3354 Kent & Medway
Our client is a well respected international pharmaceutical company best known for their products for the treatment of cardiovascular, oncology and diabetes. We are recruiting on their behalf for a newly created role as part of a nationwide team build focusing on identifying, treating and managing patients with familial hypercholesterolemia.
In this interesting role you will be responsible for running clinics involving conducting patient reviews, as well as training Practice Nurses and other healthcare professionals at primary care level in order to ensure patients are receiving the most appropriate treatment for their condition.
Candidates wishing to apply must meet the following criteria:
- Be eligible to work in the UK on a full time, permanent basis (no working holiday or student visas, please)
- Hold a full UK driving license with 6 poin! ts or fewer (with no previous driving bans)
- Live with! in the geographical area of the post you are applying for
- Possess current NMC registration and PIN
- Have a minimum of 2 years clinical experience post qualification.
- Possess extensive cardiovascular knowledge â€" we are particularly interested in receiving applications from current or former practice nurses.
- Highly computer literate
- Understanding of the evolving NHS environment
- Capability to work in a fast moving environment to tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident and able to work on own initiative as well as in a team setting
- Exemplary time management, planning and prioritising skills
The successful applicants will ideally be able to commence employment on 1st August when the traingin programme begins.
