Our client is a leading globa! l manufacturer of dentalproducts in the restorative and aesthetic market place. Their sales channel isvia distributor partners throughout the UK.
On their behalf we now seek to recruit a dental trainer towork with the distributors sales teams, offering technical and clinicalexpertise for our Clients product portfolio. The role is not to train the salespeople on sales technique, but to be available to the sales people to travelwith them to see key customers and help promote the product ranges and theirbranding.
As a person you will be energetic and vibrant in approachand will adore being out with new people continuously. Your communication stylewill be consultative and creative. Thecompany culture is progressive and adventurous with a strong belief in clinicalexcellence and ethical practise. An ambitious person with plenty of innovationwould fit well.
If you have had a commercial background inhealthcare or dental sales that would be good, but this is not essentia! l. Therole will be field based, contracted to work from your h! ome. A company car orcar allowance and travel expenses will be provided, along with full training.
