More details about this career opportunity please read the description below. Registered Nursing Home Nurse - Somerset. My clients are looking for an Registered Nurse for their nursing home based in Somerset. Candidates for this roles ! must have their NMC registration (RGN,SRN,SEN) and valid PIN number. Previous experience in a similar role would be very advantageous although not essential if you have the relevant qualifications in Nursing.
Within this role you will be responsible all aspects of medication including auditing, dispensing and ordering, filing daily reports, liaising with GP's and external agencies and working closely with internal agencies, ensuring care plans are correct and up to date, ensuring the nursing and clinical care of the clients is maintained, promoting service user integrity, promoting safe working practice and following all health and safety legislation.
