Are you an experienced Social Worker looking to join a busy Adults Mental Health Team?
Are you competent in managing a caseload( primary or secondary care) of high levels of complexity in a timely manner! and within statutory guidelines? Would you like to be involved in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of appropriate action to ensure the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare of Adults Mental Health?

The role
Adults Mental Health Qualified Social Worker- Advanced
This is a temporary role for 3 months (with the possibility of extension) to work within a welcoming and friendly team who are keen to identify an individual committed to providing a quality service, in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
To carry a complex primary or secondary care workload
To manage high risk cases in accordance with procedures
To carry out the full range of assessments and plans within Government and Departmental prescribed timescales and standards
To maintain individual case records in accordance with departmental guidance and procedures To liaise effectively with other agencies and, where approp! riate, to be involved in multi-disciplinary work
Core Assessments
To deliver focused intervention with the purpose of safeguarding and promoting positive outcomes.
The successful applicant must have at least 2 years post qualifying experience (exclusive of degree placements) within this field and must hold a relevant Social Work qualification. Registration with the HCPC (GSCC) is essential.
