We are seeking to recruit a Senior Management Nurse to join our Adolescent Services at Bury during a period of exciting growth This position supports the Director of Nu! rsing with the day to day management of clinical/professional issues Your role will be to operationally manage within agreed standards, budgets, targets, timetables and constraints in accordance with any operational and strategic objectives. You will provide leadership and direction for your area of responsibility by creating, advising and supporting developments in professional practice.Job Requirements: Candidates will need to have had at least 18 months experience in a managerial capacity. Extensive experience as a qualified Registered Nurse in the fields of Mental Health and/or Learning Disabilities. Candidates must have worked in an in-patient mental health setting with a sound knowledge of CAMHS and safeguarding authorities.
Experience working with adolescents Sound knowledge or relevant legislation, MHA and clinical assessment tools Excellent verbal, written communication skills as well as good level of IT skills
