HCL Permanent is currently ! working with one of UKÂ's top private hospitals in London to recruit Senior Staff Nurse to work in their Intensive Care Unit.
The client offers great development opportunities working alongside some of the top teaching hospital consultants.
General Responsibilities:
• Provide high quality nursing care and shift leadership
• Deputise for Sister when necessary
• Supervise and participate in the bedside care of critical care patients
• Ensure quality and safety in patients who may have invasive or non-invasive ventilation, invasive haemodynamic monitoring, renal replacement therapy or vasopressors therapy
• Ensure equipment is in good working order
• Maintain accurate records of patient care
• Respect and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
• Be responsible for the control storage and administration of drugs
• Get involved in projects as required
Req! uirements:
• NMC-registered
• Intensive Car! e qualification
• Extensive post registration experience
• Advanced Life Support or working towards
• Phlebotomy training desirable
