An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a strong RGN Registered Manager to join a fantastic elderly care home ! in Hampshire. This is a beautiful nursing home which boasts fantastic facilities. It is an excellent environment that has been design specifically for the care of elderly service users. The home caters for nursing, residential and dementia sufferers.
My client seeks a very strong Manager with Nurse qualifications. Candidates will be required to have an active NMC pin and be proficient in current nursing standards. You will have full responsibility for the home. Including hiring new staff, overseeing training and ensuring an excellent level of care is delivered. Candidates should display solid business skills including a proven track record of maximising profit margins, successfully filling beds and developing the homes profile within the local community.
Candidates must be strong managers therefore managers with experience turning around homes, developing homes or pushing homes forward would be required. Ideally you should have forward thinking vision and ! ideas of how to turn the home into a flag ship home.

- An experienced Manager and Registered Nurse
- RMA / NVQ 5
