This is a full time position with an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate ! for this role is £20-23 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties â€"

• Undertaking healthcare assessments, assess needs and develop brief recovery action plans for interventions to achieve healthcare objectives within the context of broader health improvement.
• Providing pre and post-test discussion for HIV, Hepatitis B and C, ensuring clients have the information to make informed decisions.
• Carrying out testing and accurately interpret virology results and other relevant tests.
• Providing safe vaccination for Hepatitis B and A and other blood borne viruses.
• Provide effective wound care and crisis interventions in relation to healthcare.

Requirements â€"
All applicants must have at least 2 years recent experience working as a Harm Reduction Nurse.
