Are you a Top Notch Nursing Manager with a passion and experience in the elderly care sector? If so, we would like to he! ar from you.
A Registered Nurse Manager, who prefers to be with the residents and on the floor with team and residents as opposed to upstairs in an office.
Need someone to come in who can take the bull by the horns, run the home well, increase occupancy and mentor and drive team of staff
You will be affluent in the knowledge of running a medium sized home in accordance with the CQC standards and ready for your next challenge to enhance your career in order to benefit from working with this employer who reward you for your efforts and promote from within.
Qualifications required: -
RMn Or RGN qualification essential with proven track record of running a successful home. Dementia and nursing elderly care experience.
RMA/LMC Management qualification also required.
