Job Requirements:
- Proven track record of running a similar sized home. !
- Previous CQC reports of previous homes managed required.
- Corporate background essential within a large organisation.
- Candidate must have palliative care, elderly residential care experience and be able to manage a large home, with a similarly large staff team within this well rated home
An RGN qualification is ESSENTIAL plus RMA/NVQ5 or equivalent.
