Responsibilities:
Main Objectives of this position is:
Support Kronos’ business development teams throughout the sales cycle.
Evaluate and craft RFP responses to the business challenges they present.
Engage with organizations to identify their critical business/process issues and to conduct b! enefits analysis to quantify the savings that a Kronos solutio! n will provide in support of the ROI case.
Prepare and deliver customised proof-of-concept solution presentations/demonstrations in support of each proposal and associated business benefits analysis.
Take ownership of defining the Kronos solution pre-contract by liaising with Kronos’ delivery team to agree the optimum way to deploy Kronos Workforce Central in each situation.
Co-ordinate with professional services to create estimates/Statement of Work (SOWs) for the solutions that are being recommended
Provide continuity from pre to post contract by partnering with the delivery team in the first stage of the implementation.
Operate in complex technology environments, for Kronos’ larger customers, requiring a multi-product solution, as well as requiring integration and/or custom solutions..
Qualifications:
This position requires a unique blend of skills typically found in a combination of experience from nursing and management roles! , awareness of clinical application software and a good understanding of business process together with the analytical ability to understand quickly new concepts and complex procedures in order to solve problem areas. The successful candidates will ideally have:
Experiencing in operating automated scheduling/rostering solutions in the healthcare area, ideally within the NHS
Good interpersonal skills because of the need for close collaboration at all levels with the prospect and, internally, with sales personnel, product managers, delivery consultants, technical infrastructure experts and product marketing.
Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills are required as well as the confidence to present business solutions to a C-level audience.
End-user, industry knowledge of retail and/or manufacturing and/or distribution and/or contract service and/or healthcare.
An understanding of consultative selling and associated techniques.
Higher! business or technical degree or equivalent relevant professional exper! ience desirable
Fluent spoken and written English essential, additional languages German, Dutch, French, Spanish would be an advantage.
