Service Care Solutions are looking for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse in Nottinghamshire for a large NHS Trust. The position is full time (37.5 hou! rs per week) for a minimum of 2-3 months, although an extension is likely. The role is Band 6 paying 20/hour Ltd.
Service Care Solutions are also able to offer a 200/annum further training allowance.
The candidate will work within an older adult Community Mental Health Team treating +65 patients suffering from dementia and other mental health issues including schizophrenia and personality disorder. The role will involve carrying a community case load, treating patients within their own home, compiling care plans, carrying out assessments and liaising with other mental healthcare professionals.
It is essential that the successful candidate is a Registered Mental Health Nurse who is currently registered with the NMC and has experience of working with elderly patients either in the community or inpatient environments.
