Job Ref â€" VAC-11267 Job Role â€" Staff Nurse Location â€" Kettering, Midlands Salary â€" Negotiable My client is a private hospital part of a large private healthcare group. The hospital is expanding the clinical services to include medical and oncology care to complement the existing services. They have just opened up a brand new 2 bedded HDU, Day Case Unit and third theatre, to support our service delivery. If you are a registered nurse, with a clinical background in ward or acute services nursing and are willing to develop your knowledge and skills then this is the role for you.
We encourage and support staff development and have a robust induction and support programme in place. You will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high standards of care and will be part of the team that supports the ward Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Ward and Day Case Unit. As part of the role you will rotate between the in-patient ward and the day care unit, and you will be required to work late, early, night shifts and these will be worked over the week, weekend and bank holidays. The successful applicant will need to be able to work under pressure and be an enthusiastic team player.
