Hospital Recruitment International (HRI) Ltd is currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced PICU Unit Manager to be responsible for the effective operational management, organisation and delivery of high quality nursing care and clinical leadership of the nursing team within the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at a central London private hospital.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse (child)
- Evidence of ongoing dynamic continuing professional development linked to demonstrable clinical competencies and level 3 academic study
- Recognised Intensive Care course (paediatric/neonatal/adult)
- Willingness to undertake further study to meet national standards
- Leadership or management training
- Assessing and mentoring qualification
- Basic and Advanced life support qualification (APLS/EPLS)
