Qualified - Registered General Nurse - Bradford Our client is looking for an experienced Registered General Nurse to join their Home Care (home caters for General and Elderly Mental Health, ie Alzheimer’s and Dementia) based in the Bradford area. The ideal candidate will need to: - To undertake the post in line with National Care Standards and other legal framework. - Assessor of Nursing - Maintain accurate clinical observations of the patients conditions. - Planner of Nursing - Identifies the priorities of nursing care for patients and realistic goals in care plans.

• Practitioner of Nursing - Administer of drugs and treatments as prescribed with safe and accurate intelligence. - Liaise with medical, Para-medical staff and social workers in the delivery of care. - Evaluator of nursing - Contribute the setting of standards of care, changes in care plans and goals according to evaluation.
