Requirements:

We recruit for, and are able to provide, Doctors, GP Locums, Allied Health Professionals such as Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, Theatre Nurses & Operating Department Practitioners (ODPs), Critical Care, Nurses (RGNs & RMNs), Healthcare Assistants (HCAs), Support Workers, Domiciliary Care Workers and Community Care Assistants. Along with a specialist retail and general division for all other areas of recruitment, MBA Resourcing. Working in a growing team, based in the Leeds office, we are recruiting for experienced individuals to carry out full 360 recruitment roles demonstrating your ability to hit the ground running. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, manage existing business and also possess a drive and the talent to bring in new business and maximise sales. No two day are the same at CRG and the role is set to be that of a busy and diverse one. Essential Knowledge / Experience Include;

  • Experience of working within a Recruitment Business and a proven track record within a busy sales environment working with both locum and permanent placements.
  • Exceptional communicator with a good telephone manner
  • Solid sales & customer service experience, with the ability for sales conversion.
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Excellent organisational qualities
  • Professional Networking already in place / or capability to work towards a strong professional network.
  • Experience of working with conflicting priorities
Desirable;
  • Previous experience working within a Healthcare Recruitment Agency
  • Planning & taking part working on tenders
  • The ability to work flexible working hours
  • Driver
Although based in Leeds this could also require nationwide travel dependant on the requirements of the organisation.
