Working in a growing team, based in the Leeds office, we are recruiting for experienced individuals to carry out full 360 recruitment roles demonstrating your ability to hit the ground running. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, manage existing business and also possess a drive and the talent to bring in new business and maximise sales. No two day are the same at CRG and the role is set to be that of a busy and diverse one. Essential Knowledge / Experience Include;
- Experience of working within a Recruitment Business and a proven track record within a busy sales environment working with both locum and permanent placements.
- Exceptional communicator with a good telephone manner
- Solid sales & customer service experience, with the ability for sales conversion.
- Strong influencing skills
- Excellent organisational qualities
- Professional Networking already in place / or capability to work towards a strong professional network.
- Experience of working with conflicting priorities
- Previous experience working within a Healthcare Recruitment Agency
- Planning & taking part working on tenders
- The ability to work flexible working hours
